- Issues arising during marriage, including spousal abuse, legitimacy, adoption, surrogacy, child support, and child abuse
- The termination of the relationship including divorce, annulment, property settlements, alimony, and parental responsibility orders and issues that has to be determined from divorce such as child custody and visitation, child support and alimony awards
